**The Opportunity**

The Portfolio Manager role will support the build out of a new Portfolio Management function in support of Allys Deposits Operations Strategic and BAU execution priorities. This position will provide an exciting opportunity to leverage the successful candidates experience to define the approaches and standards that will drive this new capability. This role will work directly with business, digital, and technology leaders at all levels along with third-party suppliers. The work will entail creating the business portfolio management function focused on the following job responsibilities.

**The Work Itself**

* Primarily responsible for standing up a Portfolio Management function - Processes, Tools, Metrics, Templates/Artifacts

* Own/Manage Portfolio - Demand & Capacity Management including resource onboarding/offboarding, Planning, Delivery Excellence, Establishing Reporting & scorecards to provide proactive insights, Oversee change control processes, etc.

* Develop and manage the Deposit Ops / Deposits / Digital / Tech integrated plan / roadmap while determining any process improvements to managing issues / risk logs, decisions needed, dependencies, and requirements on Confluence and Jira.

* Develop/Manage of quantitative decision criteria for evaluating new/existing projects

* Determine efficient way to consolidate status to create a Deposit Ops Strategic Initiatives executive-level report and timeline including risk and migration / employee readiness plans.

* Determine approach to organize, document, and communicate the dependencies across Strategic and Non-Strategic Initiatives including communication protocols, working sessions, etc.

* Collaborate with partners to identify and put in place metrics to track success against established SLAs

* Work with team members to identify, define, and document standard methodology improvements & oversee compliance with standard methodologies as they are established

* Set-up & run regular cadence with stakeholders & leader to report project/portfolio statuses and apprises management of issues requiring resolution in order to maintain progress on a timely basis

* Provide direct leadership, coach, and motivate Project Team to ensure consistent disciplines are being implemented for managing scope, schedule, budgets, communication, and risks of major projects

* Implement Project Management disciplines and audit projects to ensure compliance and consistency

* Create an environment of cross-functional collaboration, transparency, and accountability for the Integrated Business Execution team

* Create a consistent framework by embedding a strong project management culture across the organization.

* Maintain communication plan with key members of the technology, data, and business leadership team pursuant to work activity, prioritization, issues, and risks.

* Assist with partnership and stakeholder buy-in across Deposits, Digital, Tech, Operations, Call Center, etc. including facilitation of standing and ad hoc meetings critical to development of key deliverables, issues/risks management and stakeholder management.

* Attend all governance processes (Detailed Planning, Shared Local Governance) to determine and establish process on how to communicate impacts, priorities, and status of current activities for the Deposits Strategic Initiatives team.

* Support executive communications (executive updates and other governance routines) such as Detailed Planning and Shared Local Governance.

**The Skills You Bring**

* 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following program/project management, implementation, management consulting required

* 2+ Supervisory experience preferred

* Any one of the certifications preferred - PMP, CSM, ITIL

* Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership.

* Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders.

* Ability to in?uence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.

* Ability to deliver concise, time critical information to all levels of management, technology, and business teams.

* Experience working in an agile project environment

* Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and tools and software development life cycles (SDLC)

* Highly Competent in Microsoft Project

* Bachelors degree required. Masters Preferred.
