Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:
• Evaluate property financial documents, budgets, and performance indicators.
• Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and revenue channels for the portfolio.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual asset performance reports.
• Assist in crafting financial models and forecasts.

Market and Property Research:
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to uncover trends and opportunities within the multifamily sector.
• Assess competitive properties and prevailing market conditions.

Asset Management:
• Work closely with property management teams to enhance property operations.
• Oversee leasing and occupancy rates, tenant diversity, and rental pricing.
• Aid in the formulation and execution of value-enhancement strategies.
• Monitor and report on capital expenditures and renovation initiatives.

Portfolio Strategy and Planning:
• Assist in the development and implementation of portfolio management strategies.
• Analyze and propose enhancements to asset performance.
• Engage in portfolio evaluations and strategic planning discussions.

Stakeholder Communication:
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and investors.
• Liaise with external partners, including lenders, appraisers, and brokers.
• Address inquiries from stakeholders regarding asset performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Up to 3 years of experience in asset management, real estate finance, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Familiarity with the multifamily real estate market and property management practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with real estate management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage).
• Understanding of real estate legal and regulatory frameworks.
