Position Overview: As a Sales Manager, you'll handle estimates, manage projects, and ensure client satisfaction while achieving revenue targets and maintaining profitability. This role involves both in-person and virtual interactions with clients, managing subcontractors, and overseeing project schedules and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate and sell residential and commercial paint jobs.
- Recruit, manage, and coordinate subcontractors.
- Provide in-person and virtual estimates.
- Ensure projects meet client needs, stay on schedule, and are within budget.
- Upsell additional services and generate project schedules.
- Address and resolve any project issues promptly.
- Promote That 1 Painter and build strategic relationships.
- Utilize company sales tools and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate on budgeting and financial tracking with the Owner.
- Proven sales ability and exceptional customer service skills.
- Independent worker in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with lead generation and strategic relationships.
- Military experience preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Clean driving record and ability to travel within the territory.
- Prior home services sales experience preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Must reside in Central Pennsylvania.
- Full-time, Monday-Friday (Saturday if needed)
- PTO, Holiday Pay, Company Truck Provided

- Compensation: $70,000 to $110,000 (draw + commission), Benefits
