Job Opportunity

Specialty RV Sales is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our service team in Lancaster, Ohio. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for guiding our customers and team members to achieve exceptional results in customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily meetings with service staff to identify potential service issues and develop solutions
  • Monitor and control warranty activity to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Work with the Service Director to set departmental objectives and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Recruit, interview, and train service staff to ensure a high-performing team
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and production data
  • Review and evaluate service sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Staff technical teams to meet production requirements and ensure efficient workflow
  • Remain up-to-date on new products and changes to existing products to provide expert advice to customers
  • Maintain department finances within established parameters
  • Ensure proper repair-order flow and maximize productivity
  • Enforce OSHA requirements and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to service staff
  • Participate in operational planning to drive business growth and improvement
  • Maintain the facility and equipment to ensure a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

An Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 2-4 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
