Territory Sales Manager

High Steel Service Center LLC is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the volume, margin, and profitability of existing and new customers, as well as developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day activities and profitable growth of your territory, including new business development from existing customers
- Continuously identify new potential customers and initiate and cultivate strong business relationships to sell these customers
- Meet face-to-face with existing and potential new customers to build and maintain relationships
- Support product management marketing efforts to achieve territory goals for volume, margin, and profit
- Contract management and administration at the customer level
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to support sourcing and production planning
- Resolve quality-related issues in coordination with our operations team
- 4-year degree in business or related discipline
- Knowledge of the metals industry is preferred but not required
- Assertive and determined personality with a natural inclination to sales
- Demonstrated business-to-business sales success
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Reputation of high character and integrity
- Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
- Computer and technical skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel and ERP software (SAP a plus)
