Territory Sales Manager

High Steel Service Center LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the volume, margin, and profitability of existing and new customers in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities and profitable growth of your territory, including new business development from existing customers
- Continually identify new potential customers and initiate and cultivate strong business relationships to sell these customers
- Meet face-to-face with existing and potential new customers to build relationships and drive sales growth
- Support product management marketing efforts to achieve territory goals for volume, margin, and profit
- Contract management and administration at the customer level
- Support sourcing and production planning with the Supply Chain team
- Resolve quality-related issues in coordination with the Operations team
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in business or related discipline
- Knowledge of the metals industry preferred, but not required
- Assertive and determined personality, naturally inclined to sales
- Demonstrated business-to-business sales success
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Reputation of high character and integrity
- Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
- Computer and technical skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel, and ERP software (SAP a plus)
