Responsible for providing cross-functional financial support to the organization.

Duties

Manage global consolidation of quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process. Ensure accuracy for reporting for Board of Director and other key meetings and presentations. Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for senior leadership and vertical leaders. Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis. Understand the key and important drivers to the different businesses. Support the onboarding of newly acquired companies and integrate financial data into our existing reporting and processes. Develop departmental KPI’s to track progress and ensure focus by leadership. Collaborate with managers and executives to analyze profitability and identify opportunities to maximize EBITDA. Develop and implement Power BI revenue and expense dashboards to grow sales and monitor costs. Contribute to the design, development, testing and implementation of new financial software packages. Provide subject matter expert support with regards to internally developed Data Warehouse structure and capabilities. Assist in building out Master Data Management function to ensure data consistency and integrity across the organization. Other duties as assigned.

Education And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent.

4+ years of finance and/or accounting experience, preferably in FP&A.

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and other functional leaders.

Knowledge of established accounting, purchasing and manufacturing practices.

Intermediate to Advanced Excel modeling skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, including the ability to manipulate large quantities of data.

Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to quickly evaluate incoming work and manage priorities in time critical situation.

Ability to extract meaning and suggest action items from data, not just report metrics.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee may be required to sit for prolonged periods.
