Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer service-oriented individual to join their team in the electrical industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries and requests related to products and services. Your role will involve providing efficient and courteous service to customers, resolving semi-complex issues, and supporting various operational tasks including order tracking, price quoting, and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Utilize Salesforce and SAP systems to manage customer interactions and process orders.
- Support sales team with order processing, tracking, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience working in the electrical industry is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum 2 years of strong customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP systems preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle semi-complex inquiries.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ability to work in a faced-paced environment and show problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Must be able to discern both written and verbal instructional communication
- Must be able to exchange accurate information both written and verbal
