Overview:

The Facility Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the management of maintaining restaurants Facilities, from turnover from construction to a fully operational restaurant. Problem solver. Daily responsibility for maintaining Reports and action items for Facilities Team for existing locations and New Restaurant Openings (NROs) for Facility related issues. Maintaining the CMMS system and producing the reports needed to be sent out as well as PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities:
  • Work effectively to oversee the repairs and maintenance of restaurants to successfully execute the companys strategic growth plan.
  • Assist in scheduling, organizing, record-keeping and handling information flow between the management team and the vendors, landlords, and local authorities.
  • Schedule and attend meetings between the vendors, clients, internal departments, and follow up on action items and decisions made during the meetings.
  • Assist the Director of Facilities with administering & executing vendor contracts, Requests for Information (RFI's), and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
  • Enter new locations and maintain any updates within Corrigo and other internal systems.
  • Update personnel changes as they occur, such as Area Leaders and Regional Leaders in Service Channel.
  • Onboard new vendors, including verifying they have submitted all information required and set up with AP for invoice processing.
  • Support and assist with facilities and operational controls efforts, including cost reporting, scheduling, R&M work breakdown, facilities set-up and warranty system, and vendor progress tracking.
  • Ensure all existing vendors keep their information updated; COI, rates, and any additional company requirements.
  • Update and maintain the assets in Corrigo including new locations, remodels, and closures.
  • Maintain PM module for all PMs.
  • Clear up any invoice errors on the weekly EDI report.
  • Enter work orders that are standard for NROs and PMs.
  • Review and ensure invoices for all capital expenditure work orders are processed correctly.
  • Provide admin support for the facilities team and vendors.
  • Contribute to a culture of rapid turnaround and highly high-quality customer service for our restaurant managers and Facilities Specialist Team.
  • Review, analyze, and re-categorize work orders as necessary.
  • Support Facilities team in terms of timeliness and multiple queue management.
  • Identify issues and problems that arise within the platform used to track and trace work orders.
  • Train Operations teams on how to use Corrigo or other platforms to efficiently execute work orders.
  • Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance, new store walkthrough visits, and other meetings, as needed.
  • Create reports from Corrigo to identify and track trends that Facilities Management can address.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of restaurant facility experience, preferably in a Facility Coordinator position.
  • Strong communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact with internal partners, restaurants, contractors, landlords, jurisdictions and third-party vendors.
  • Must be a self-starter with an attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to adapt and interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, power point & Outlook) and/or management.
  • Proficient with CMMS systems such as Service Channel, Ecotrak, Corrigo etc
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, self-starter, ability to work independently and in a team environment.


Pay Range:
USD $80,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
