Main Duties or Job Description:
Manage payroll for U.S. and select international offices, liaising with local providers.
Coordinate with finance and accounting departments.
Review and approve payroll for employees in other countries.
Ensure compliance with labor and compensation regulations.
Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans.
Coordinate open enrollment periods and manage employee inquiries.
Serve as system administrator, ensuring appropriate user access.
Audit employee data for completeness and accuracy.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors.
Assist with establishing entities in new countries for local hiring.
Manage registrations, benefit enrollment, and draft employment contracts.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams.
Serve as the primary contact for audit, bank, and internal reporting inquiries.
Optimize HR technologies and processes.
Support transition to a global payroll platform.
Assist with mergers and acquisitions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6+ years' HR experience, focusing on payroll and benefits administration.
Proficiency in ADP and BambooHR.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
HR certification and bilingual in Spanish preferred.
