Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of dedicated HR Generalist experience.
- 10 years of collective HR experience (HR coordinator/administrator, Recruiter, HR Generalist)
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, investigations of both low-level incidents and complex cases, project management skills, onboarding, new hire orientation and someone who has supported a company of our clients size,1000-1500+ employees.
- Although there are growth opportunities within the company and this role over time, our client is really looking for someone who enjoys being in the HR Generalist role and not looking for quick growth into a HR Business Partner or managerial role.
