Job Summary: We’re looking for exceptional Customer Experience Lead Coordinators to help us achieve profitable revenue streams through our installations department. As a Lead Coordinator representative, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired company growth. You will book sales appointments and do whatever is necessary to promote customer satisfaction. Responsibilities All sales calls go directly to the Sales Lead Coordinator. Sales Lead Coordinator dispatches sales calls to the Comfort Advisors. Tracks the results of the sales call for reporting purposes. Schedules installation with the customer on all sold jobs Completes purchase orders and ensures the proper equipment is ready for the install. Provides support for installers during the install. Ensure paperwork is complete and accurate. Process the invoice in the computer system. Competencies for Success Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
