Location: In office with travel across LA, MS, TX, TN, and AL

Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead and inspire the sales team, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the healthcare or caregiving industry, and a passion for making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Analyze market trends and adjust plans to stay competitive.
  • Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Provide leadership, mentorship, and motivation to the sales team. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners. Use market research to identify trends and areas for growth.
  • Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners. Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or caregiving industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve their targets.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the service regions as required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
