In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and delivering cross-channel marketing activation both in-store and externally, aiming to boost customer footfall, member engagement, and sales. Working alongside our busy and dynamic cross-functional marketing team, and supporting the Marketing Manager, you will focus on creating and implementing customer-centric marketing strategies that align with our food retail and society business objectives. Responsibilities: Planning, co-ordinating and executing marketing campaigns across channels including digital, print, in-store promotion, and events – ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Working with internal and external designers, agencies and printers to oversee the production and allocation of all marketing materials. Researching market and customer trends and competitor activities to inform effective marketing activation that drives sales in store. Supporting the Marketing Manager to deliver marketing plans for food stores closures, openings and refurbishments. Ensuring marketing to store communication is engaging, effective and timely working in step with the Food Retail Communications team. This role is part of a team based from our Head Office in Warwick , with a mix of working from home and in the office. Who are we looking for? To be successful in the role, you will: Have at least 1 year experience of working in a Marketing environment. Be Microsoft Office literate. Be proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms including Social Media, CRM and Web Analytics is desirable. Have the ability to track budget. Have knowledge of Food Retail industry trends.
