As an important part of the Supply Chain team here at Client, you will actively be providing critical value to our customers by helping to ensure their suppliers deliver aerospace components to meet operational goals. This role will work with the Client team, as well as our major aerospace customer, to coordinate with suppliers to understand risks, perform assessments/audits, measure/track performance, and actively drive supplier improvement strategies. Primary Responsibilities Generate daily SAP reports (such as Mismatch, MD04, and x-charts) to highlight material issues by business unit and provide visibility into material availability across Collins sites. Proactively identify future supplier part shortage risks before they impact plant operations through analysis of SAP reports and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Communicate material status and future critical parts risks to supply chain managers and operations personnel daily to help prioritize plant efforts and leadership escalations. Prepare and present material issue inputs for weekly working level supply chain, site, and business unit meetings to drive awareness and action. Attend and actively participate in weekly supply chain, site, and business unit meetings as needed to align on material priorities and risks. Basic Qualifications Associate degree with 5 years of experience or bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience as a data analyst supporting supply chain. Advanced level data visualization, dashboarding and reporting skills. Advanced Excel analytics. Comfortable working with large, complex data sets. SAP and Tableau experience is a must. Must be a US Citizen/Person. Preferred Qualifications Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process excellence training. 3-5 years turning supply chain data into compelling insights in manufacturing industry. Aerospace industry experience a plus. An ability to work independently without day-to-say supervision.
