Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Process Optimization:
    • Lead quality enhancement initiatives through active participation in corrective action boards and presenting quality improvement webinars.
    • Serve as the lead for the Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) Operating System.
    • Facilitate the process of setting organizational objectives and monitor progress.
    • Conduct assessments of resource capacity and manage supplier excellence initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with audits and prepare necessary documentation.
    • Lead local teams focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement.

    • Maintain proactive resolution strategies for supply shortages.
    • Facilitate discussions with suppliers regarding ordering patterns and inventory management.
Expected Outcomes:
  • Enhanced project management and leadership capabilities through successful project completion and team development.
  • Improved data analysis and problem-solving skills to enhance customer performance.
  • Growth in supplier management skills, including negotiation and relationship building.
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies and identification of process enhancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
  • A university degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by applicable regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in supply chain management, operations, or contract management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Certification in CPM/CPIM or APICS.
