Position Overview
The Senior Marketing Analyst plays a crucial role within our Marketing Operations Team, working collaboratively to generate data-driven insights that inform strategic and tactical decisions. This position is responsible for leading the collection, interpretation, and integration of diverse data sources to enhance financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver insights and analytical support for marketing and sales in both acute and non-acute sectors, encompassing product information, market landscape assessments, competitive intelligence, sales metrics, pricing, and other critical data for informed decision-making.
- Identify key business drivers and opportunities, providing recommendations to shape strategic direction.
- Design and execute management and KPI reports to support operational, sales, and business leadership needs.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address pivotal questions from leadership, sales, and marketing teams.
- Develop reports to project future performance based on historical data, including market pricing and share analysis.
- Analyze various market dynamics, such as Health System impacts and market access influences, to derive actionable insights.
- Perform in-depth investigations on specific topics within product categories to uncover root causes, identify opportunities, and propose solutions.
- Enhance operational metrics (revenue, utilization, client satisfaction, and opportunity pipeline) through the execution and refinement of operational processes.
- Utilize Excel and business analysis tools like PowerBI for reporting and analysis.
- Implement operational initiatives such as opportunity management, resource planning, and customer relationship management.
- Collaborate with external partners, including consultants and data providers, to enrich insights.
- Generate local market insights to guide commercial strategies and execution plans.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to strategize and implement key initiatives based on insights and recommendations.
- Work alongside other insights and analytics teams to align strategies and share best practices.
- Proactively identify business needs and manage day-to-day relationships with sales leadership and brand teams.
- Conduct thorough secondary data analyses, synthesizing various data sources to communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations to support business planning processes.
- Provide strategic guidance for existing products and new product launches.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Teams and Power BI, is preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical analytics or consulting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical data and chargeback data is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality analytics and insights.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and initiative, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Project management and quantitative analysis skills are essential.
- Experience working in a regulated industry is required.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Education and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, or Business. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with at least 2 years focused on advanced analytics and data visualization.
- Prior experience in the generic pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
