Overview
This role is pivotal in collecting, managing, and analyzing intricate data to support management in anticipating demand forecasts from marketing partners while optimizing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, manage, and report complex datasets to aid management in optimizing both finished goods and purchased inventory levels, while also recommending actions for excess and obsolete inventories.
- Oversee the monthly review process for excess and obsolete inventory.
- Manage forecast data within the ERP system for all finished goods.
- Consolidate and analyze demand forecasts from various marketing partners.

- Generate and report on Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide data and insights to internal work streams that utilize demand, production, and shipment forecasts.
- Interpret data, analyze results, and offer insights to identify operational impacts, trends, and opportunities.

- Act as a backup for the Master Data role as necessary.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to produce required data elements.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and projects as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet and ERP databases.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with various levels of management, including executive personnel.
- Capability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking skills to apply analytical techniques and provide comprehensive analysis and recommendations.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, along with two years of demonstrated experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing supply chain environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of two years' experience in data analysis and reporting or a similar role.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $75,000.
- Benefits and compensation programs focus on equitable and fair pay practices, including market-based base pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
