Job Title: Parts Planner - Supply Chain
Location: Fort Collins, CO - Onsite from Day 1
Duration: 26 Weeks, 1 Day

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expertise in manufacturing planning, capacity, routing, and work center allocation.
  • Define and regulate scheduling to achieve on-time production (OTP).
  • Level load work center utilization for optimal performance.
  • Execute the end-to-end planning cycle and make strategic decisions aligned with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
  • Analyze client functional requirements and provide data-driven recommendations based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Understand and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) effectively.
  • Expedite shop floor production, mediate discussions, and ensure business decisions are timely and appropriate.
  • Document process deviations and report them to change management leadership, highlighting deliverable issues during each period.
  • Partner with Supply Chain ecosystem partners to optimize and execute operations according to the supply chain frozen plan and meet key business metrics.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Planning.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing industries as a production planner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management.
  • APICS CPIM/CSCP certification.
  • Knowledge of the Supply Chain Services industry.

Preferred Skills:

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, preferably in industrial businesses.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Access) and ERP systems like WISE.
  • Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to deliver projects with minimal supervision and experience working with global teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience.
