Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual sourcing plans with quarterly reviews and define sourcing strategies.
  • Prepare RFQs based on technical specifications and manage the supplier bidder list.
  • Lead negotiations to secure optimal terms and select suppliers.
  • Ensure timely issuance of PRs/POs in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Track metrics to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear requirements and annual sourcing plans.
  • Review purchase orders and contracts for compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions and pricing histories.
  • Coordinate RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes with Legal and issuing departments.
  • Conduct market research and oversee short- and long-term procurement planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet procurement needs efficiently.
  • Perform cost analysis, benchmarking, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
  • Conduct supplier mapping and risk management activities.
  • Establish vendor performance metrics and conduct continuous monitoring.
  • Investigate invoice anomalies and ensure accuracy in the invoicing process.
  • Provide monthly reports to HQ on projects, sourcing plans, and cost savings.
  • Present at Sourcing Table Committee meetings as required for internal validation.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in purchasing across different spend categories, with proven supplier management experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; strong analytical and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; effective communication skills; detail-oriented with strong work ethic and integrity.
