Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards and regulations for all purchases.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast future supply requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred educational background in procurement, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with purchase orders, vendor management, and material procurement.
  • Strong understanding of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate strong supplier relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in relevant software, including Microsoft Office Suite and procurement management systems.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
