Human Resources Director.

Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of HR experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving skills. This growing company offers a great culture with people who care about their work and great tenure with excellent leadership. The salary range for this position is $90-100k. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to management on HR issues. Manage recruitment including the selection process, job postings, interviewing, and hiring. Conduct and manage training and development programs. Develop and manage employee relations. Oversee HRIS and other HR-related software. Manage the HR department budget. Process bi-weekly payroll. Ad-hoc projects as needed. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of HR experience. Manufacturing industry experience preferred. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
