We’re seeking to fill a position for a Wholesale Operations Specialist to better support our growing B2B/Wholesale business.

What you'd be doing:

Serve as a point of contact for larger customers Managing Wholesale order entry and order process flow Managing Wholesale returns entry and returns process flow Maintaining order and return compliance with the requirements of our distributors. Identifying unique customer needs and implementing these into related processes in our internal systems. Working with our Operations team (inventory processing, shipping, quality control) to fulfill orders for wholesale customers Dealing with special requirements from customers and distributors as needed Creating and updating internal workflows and process around our wholesale business

Personality traits and skills that lend to success in this position:

Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent spreadsheet skills Systematic thinker; able to recognize how things could be done better and able to make improvements Self-directed and able to prioritize tasks appropriately Self-starter; able to pick up new things quickly and figure out the best way to do them without much help Flexibility and adaptability; there will be a fair amount of random tasks to be done. Previous experience interfacing with customers is preferred Previous experience with ERP systems and/or EDI systems is a plus
