Description

client seek an experienced OCM (Organizational Change Management) Workday Specialist for a long-term hybrid assignment with our San Antonio client. This role is hybrid, so you must be located within 2 hours of San Antonio. As an OCM Workday Specialist, you will support our client's Workday implementation and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand project goals and objectives related to Workday implementation. Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to ensure a smooth transition to the new Workday system. Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change readiness assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Design and deliver effective training programs and materials to enable end-users to adopt and utilize Workday functionalities successfully. Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, addressing any issues or concerns related to Workday adoption. Coordinate and lead communication efforts to ensure stakeholders are informed about the project's progress, changes, and upcoming milestones. Monitor and measure the success of change management initiatives through regular reporting and feedback collection.

Requirements

Must be located within 2 hours of San Antonio. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Human Resources. Must have experience as an OCM Specialist and Workday, preferably with Workday implementation experience. Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to create and deliver training programs and materials. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Willingness to work in our San Antonio client's office as required by the assignment.
