Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Systems Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and support for end-users across the organization.
  • Financial Data Management: Collaborate with accounting, Finance, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within Workday and related systems.
  • Workday Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain Workday modules, including Core Financials, Expense, Projects Billing, Adaptive Insights, and Time Tracking.
  • System Upgrades and Implementations: Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Custom Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into HR data and trends.
  • Integration and Automation: Collaborate with developers to design, configure, and test integrations between Workday and external systems, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance system functionality to improve overall efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to end-users on Workday system usage, best practices, and new features.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new Workday releases to recommend and implement improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Workday Finance Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Workday Finance, including configuration, security, and report development.
  • GAAP Knowledge: Foundational understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Integration and Data Management: Experience with Workday integrations and data management, particularly Power BI and Hubspot.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Workday Certification: Workday Certified Professional designation preferred.
  • Project Management: Project management experience.
