Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Custodial Specialist to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a comprehensive range of cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Make beds and change linens as necessary.
  • Replace and organize towels efficiently.
  • Stock, clean, and sanitize all restroom facilities.
  • Assist with laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and sorting.
  • Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and materials.
  • Dispose of waste and debris in designated areas.
  • Ensure cleanliness in all public and functional spaces at all times.
  • Report any maintenance concerns or safety risks promptly.
  • Consistently meet all company cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare lobby and conference areas for events as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a custodial or professional cleaning role is preferred.
  • Physically capable of reaching, stretching, bending, and walking throughout the workday.
  • Able to stand for extended periods while completing tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
