In this role you will work with the Sales Manager and Territory Managers to execute and support the equipment marketing plan and maximize the teams selling time while coordinating the completion of sales deals. Support of Sales Representatives and Territory Managers in all respects including sales call plans, deal tasks, goals and reporting in CRM *

Assist with refinement of territories, customer segments and alignment of sales resources *

Maintain accurate log of lost deals for tracking against market share measurements *

Manage the completion of all steps associated with Initial Deal Checklists and document flow *

Work with other location Sales Coordinators and Assistant Sales Managers to resolve any process issues *

Coordinate and complete the steps for sales deals by established goal dates and prepare for Invoicing *

Collaborate with the Aftermarket departments and ensure customer requirements and commitments for equipment are understood and aligned for delivery of inventory and customer purchases *

Tracking the status and paperwork of rentals and demos as needed *

Assist with loan/leasing contracts for the sales department through financial lenders *

Initiate and maintain advertising of equipment inventory at or above standards with internal business systems, processes, and our internet partners for internal and external customers *

Responsible for correct inventory status, notes, location as well as equipment set up and reconditioning plan vs actual is in line with budget *

Complete periodic audits of equipment inventories and reconcile against business system(s) and the John Deere Statement *

Assist in review of routine John Deere inventory audit, with Inventory Control Manager, and coordinating the resolution of off-lot items *

Ensure timely follow up after the sale and minimum Dealer Experience satisfaction scores at 85 or higher *

Coordinates moving transfer and delivery of equipment between dealerships and customers *

Provides support for other duties as assigned by Dealership Location Manager and Corporate Sales *The above statements cover what are generally believed to be the principal and essential functions of this job. At least 2 years of experience in administrative positions *

Have experience in working with medium sized business in development activities *

Ag equipment knowledge is a plus Technical Knowledge and Skills: *

Skill in the use of computers and related software applications (Excel, Word etc.) *

Ability to analyze and solve problems *

Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities *

Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures Interpersonal, Management and Leadership: *

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing *

Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels and within all functional areas of the organization. *

Ability to handle confidential information discretely and maintain the confidence of such information. Working Conditions: *
