Sales Manager with Relocation to the USA

Role: Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales goals, providing training and mentorship to foster a high-performance sales team. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to ensure targeted sales and revenue numbers are reached. Stay abreast of market trends and product knowledge to deliver exceptional sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales through various channels. Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, with a strong foundation in sales management. Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and navigate complex sales environments. Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of motivating and leading a team towards achieving sales objectives. Proficient level of English to ensure effective communication across teams and with clients. Flexibility and adaptability to new environments and cultures, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and maximizing opportunities. Visa processing fees apply.
