$165,700AnnualBonus Eligibility ComprehensiveBenefits PackagePaidTime Off401k& Company MatchThis position can be remote.Position Summary: The Senior Customer Executive will be responsible for strategic growth planning and profitability for our Foodservice Retail Club Stores, Industrial Channel, and large Foodservice Operators. The role will be direct line accountability to National Customer Headquarters and managing a Team of Account Managers to support Customer alignment and growth. The Senior Customer Executive will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives aligned to Channel and Customer strategies through product portfolio improvements, new product development, LTO (limited time offers) initiatives, and new Customer opportunities.Key Job Responsibilities:Direct line accountability to National Customer HQ TeamsLead, coach, and manage a Team of Account ManagersCollaborate with BBU (Bimbo Bakeries USA) sales and operations teams regarding performance and executionManage communication to all functional teams regarding account news and informationEstablish relationships with key buying influencers and cross functional teams: supply chain, marketing, culinary, and the category management team.Understand key customer dynamics + initiatives and develop customer strategies to growAlign BBU sales activities with Business Unit strategies and objectives: profitability, market defense, growth, and capacity utilizationAlign with corporate revenue and profit goals when planning specific customer strategiesOrganize and maintain contract and pricing programs with each accountEngage with customer culinary leaders to present new and existing BBU products + capabilities on an ongoing basisRemain current with competitive and innovative developments in the marketplaceCollaborate to support BBU team members with growth projects and initiatives on an ongoing basisPosition BBU/BBH products and brands as category leadersBuild Channel/Customer strategies that support BBH sales and volume goalsConsistently monitor sales performance within existing business and identify new opportunitiesReport and present business updates and sales performance results on a regular basis#LI-VB1Position Requirements: Key Behavioral Competencies: Strong project management skills are requiredMust have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsFinancial and business analysis experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Work and Outlook

Education and Work History: BA/BS in Business Administration or related field is preferredA combination of 7+ years of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
