Position Overview:

The Customer Relationship Executive for Non-Commercial Food Service will spearhead the management and development of National Non-Commercial Food Service accounts. This role is pivotal in leading our team within assigned accounts, identifying new business prospects, and ensuring the profitability of current sales. Collaboration with internal teams, including sales training, marketing, supply chain, and customer service, is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary duties include:
  • Fostering long-term partnerships with clients.

  • Analyzing customer dynamics and formulating strategies for growth.
  • Aligning sales efforts with business objectives such as profitability and market analysis.

  • Monitoring sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Addressing service-related issues as they arise.
  • Staying informed about market trends and competitive developments.
  • Providing regular updates and presentations on account performance.
  • Ensuring alignment with corporate revenue and profit goals.
  • Managing contract and pricing agreements with each client.
  • Effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engaging with culinary leads to showcase product offerings.
  • Sharing innovative ideas to enhance internal processes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Position Requirements:

Key Competencies:
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in financial and business analysis is preferred.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
Education and Experience:
  • A degree in Business or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a sales or account management role.
  • Experience managing non-commercial accounts is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
