Key Responsibilities:- Identify and research potential clients to develop mutually beneficial partnerships
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop proposals and negotiate contract terms
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure customer initiatives are executed and launched on time
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Track and identify qualified prospects to add to the sales growth pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Prepare and submit sales contracts
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years within the Foodservice Industry building strong partnerships with Large Chain Operators
- Experience partnering with Foodservice Operators collaborating on portfolio growth utilizing cross-functional leadership within Culinary, R&D, and Marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Understanding of P&L management
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical skills, and conceptual thinking abilities
- Strong listening and communication skills, the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast and agile environment
- Ability to lead through influence and indirect authority with cross-functional groups
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
- Competitive annual salary range - $118,400 - $165,700
