We are currently seeking a Director of New Partnership Development to join our dynamic and driven team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new partnerships that will drive our company's growth and success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING*

Assist in the development of partnership strategy and execution. Focus on building relationships with potential partners and enhancing current partnerships. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new partnerships, understanding their needs, and identifying mutually beneficial opportunities for collaboration. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner organizations, effectively communicating Viamedia’s value proposition and developing customized partnership proposals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new partners and drive ongoing success and growth. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the media/advertising industry. Proven record of accomplishment of building and maintaining successful partnerships, with a strong understanding of the partnership development process. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential partners. Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results. A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and lead projects from conception to completion.
