We seek an individual with prior experience in office-based sales or customer service roles. Perhaps you currently work in a traditional call centre environment and aspire to elevate your skills into a rewarding career path. The ideal candidate will possess a confident phone demeanor, adept at swiftly establishing rapport and trust during phone interactions. You should demonstrate a business-oriented mindset and a proven track record of achieving targets. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with excellent administrative and organisational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as a reasonable level of computer literacy, is expected.
