Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential leads through various sources, including online platforms, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients.
  • Initiate contact with leads and schedule appointments for our sales team to conduct consultations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring a steady flow of prospects.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Utilize CRM software to track lead progress and update customer information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation or sales.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
  • Knowledge of the exterior remodeling industry is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
