In this role, you will provide an overview of information and process instructions to employees needing to take a leave, enter data into LOAN, ServiceNow, and UCPath, assuring data is maintained at all times, and interact directly with employees on LOA, the employee's manager, and internal HR colleagues (i.e., Benefits, Workers' Compensation Disability Management, etc.) to provide support and information. You will also proactively manage all assigned leave files and assure leaves are up to date at all times. Salary Range: $30.56-$60.82 Hourly Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, social sciences, or related field preferred. HR Certification preferred. Data entry experience relative to FMLA, PDLL, CFRA leaves of absence. Experience in a case management system. Experience in producing leave eligibility reports in a payroll system. Experience in assisting employees with questions about taking a Leave of Absence. Experience in handling Leave of Absence paperwork and knowledge of protocols dealing with Personal Health Information.
