****POSITION SUMMARY****

Customer service / warehouse position for Forest Hill location involves counter sales position along with warehouse pulling and loading, staging orders for pickup and delivery. Employee is responsible for keeping sales / warehouse area clean, answering phone, handling customers in courteous manner.

****ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS****

****Essential Functions Statement(s)****

* Pull and load customer orders, delivery truck.

* Unload incoming shipments, received and reconcile inventory.

* Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack.

* Interior stocking and merchandising of shelves with product.

* Inventory control, cycle count.

* Assist sales personnel to enhance communication with customer base.

* Answer phone as well as confer with new and established customer base.

* Handle inside sales orders, on site customer purchases.
