We're looking for a creative & analytical rockstar to become our next Growth Marketing Manager. In this role, you will support end-to-end growth strategy for your product's paid acquisition marketing campaigns across digital channels. You will support the creative pipeline, drive data-driven experimentation & optimize campaigns at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES Own the growth strategy for certain IL MAKIAGE products across acquisition marketing channels, with a strong focus on paid social - as well as other online and offline channels (podcasts, YouTube, direct mail, TV, etc.). Manage execution of campaigns, including creative development, asset development, ad operations, optimization, and results analysis. Lead end-to-end creative development process for paid social ads, including ideation, asset development, creative briefs, mockups, copy writing, and more. Collaborate closely with creative team, including video editors & production team to develop a strong pipeline of high-performing video ads. Research the consumer and competitor landscape to identify key insights and pain points to inspire and optimize marketing creative. Monitor KPIs and own reporting to identify trends, analyze results and communicate campaign performance to broader team and senior leadership. Leverage results to make data-driven recommendations and develop iterations to optimize campaigns. Spearhead revenue growth and creative innovation within your channel mix through a combination of creative strategy, campaign optimization and on-site growth tactics (e.g. landing page funnel testing). Work with internal Tech and Data-science teams to support conversion rate and funnel optimization efforts and testing. This role reports to a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing.

YOUR BACKGROUND BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field from a top university. Experience in growth marketing, paid social campaign management, media buying and creative development strongly preferred (2-4 years of experience required) Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, testing new channels is a plus Creative & analytical thinker: you are both right brained and left brained with the ability to think big picture and dig into the data to solve problems. Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to identify actionable insights and optimize campaign performance. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to get your point across in a succinct and professional manner. Self-motivated, highly organized & comfortable managing multiple work streams at once with high attention to detail. You thrive in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments. Strong desire to join a disruptive high-growth consumer brand & pursue a career in marketing. Passion for the beauty and are naturally curious about understanding the customer.
