Position Overview:

We’re hiring for a Growth Program Manager role to develop and optimize our B2B marketing efforts. You might describe yourself as inquisitive, creative, organized, and curious. You have experience planning engaging marketing campaigns and using modern marketing technology. You enjoy setting up workflows in marketing automation platforms, conducting quality assurance, measuring results, and making informed conclusions.

You will leverage your expertise in website management and HubSpot and your background in (LRM) lifecycle revenue marketing. As a GTM expert, you will handle demand generation data analysis with Looker, Google Data Studio, and Excel and understand basic SQL queries. Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite is essential.


Key Responsibilities & Contributions:

The Growth Program Manager role, reporting to the VP of Marketing

Manages Growth Marketing Programs:

  • Utilize HubSpot for email campaigns, event promotion, event follow-up, drip email nurture series, webinars, and content distribution.

Collaboration with Content and Design Teams:

  • Work closely with content and design teams to create effective landing pages for webinar registration and gated content.

Data-Driven Marketing:

  • Maintain and manage the marketing database to ensure communications are relevant to the intended audience.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to map database segmentation to specific personas.
  • Team with marketing operations to launch and update evergreen campaigns in the market

Campaign ROI Tracking:

  • Ensure all HubSpot programs are correctly linked to track downstream behavior for accurate campaign ROI tracking.
  • Manage campaign analytics for cross-channel and multi-threaded campaigns

Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze the performance of emails, webinars, and content programs to identify areas for continuous improvement and share insights and performance metrics.

Lead Funnel Expertise:

  • Work closely with sales, research, and solutioning teams to become a specialist in the company's lead funnel, from web visitor to customer and everything in between.

Marketing Technology Evaluation:

  • Evaluate marketing technologies to ensure the team uses the most effective ones.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in growth team or growth-oriented marketing programs, preferably in a deep tech, SaaS, or tech-enabled environment.
  • You thoroughly understand the traditional B2B process and are driven to help accelerate our marketplace's success through relevant user communications.
  • You are a champion in crafting crystal-clear instructions and designing frictionless user experiences that respect our target audience's time
  • Expertise in marketing automation software (HubSpot - must).
  • Strong grasp of CRM dynamics and limitations for tracking marketing programs.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets - must
  • Willing to work with a globally distributed team, work hours are flexible but not always during normal working hours
