Your Key Responsibilities
Continuously applies lean methods of the Schaeffler Production System (SPS) to improve efficiency and effectiveness for an organizational area assigned, e.g. a production segment.
Support the application of lean management standards within the SPS.
Deploy and train all lean management methods and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the SPS and share best practices.
Plan and facilitate workshops and summarize the results achieved.
Report the review status of the SPS implementation status in the own unit.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree inMechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering or Business Administration
3 to 5 years experience
External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
