We are seeking an Agile Transformation Specialist within our Global Specialty Insurance IT team to enhance our organization's Agile practices.

In this role, you will coach and mentor individuals, teams, and leaders, promoting an Agile mindset and facilitating ongoing improvement.

Your contributions will be vital in aligning Agile methodologies with our organizational objectives and maximizing team effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities

Leadership in Agile Transformation:
Drive the organization's Agile transformation initiatives, including the integration of Agile principles, values, and practices.
Work alongside leadership to develop a clear vision and strategy for Agile implementation, ensuring it aligns with organizational objectives.
Provide support and guidance to teams, managers, and stakeholders to help them adopt Agile values and practices.
Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and the elimination of barriers that hinder Agile adoption.

Coaching and Mentoring:
Mentor individuals, teams, and executive leaders on Agile principles, methodologies, and practices.
Assist teams in adopting and refining Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, tailored to their specific contexts.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and Agile ceremonies to enhance collaboration, transparency, and performance.

Enhancing Processes and Practices:
Develop and maintain documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
Collaborate with teams to continuously refine Agile processes, practices, and tools.
Identify and implement strategies to boost team productivity and overall performance.

Collaboration and Alignment with Stakeholders:
Foster effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including business owners and development teams.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure shared understanding and prioritization of Agile initiatives.

Promoting an Agile Culture:
Advocate for an Agile culture across the organization through workshops and coaching sessions.
Encourage a mindset of experimentation, learning, and the adoption of Agile values such as transparency and adaptation.

Defining and Tracking KPIs:
Collaborate with teams to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that align with Agile principles.
Develop frameworks to monitor Agile KPIs and OKRs, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
Extensive experience in roles such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, TDD, Lean).
Proven success in leading Agile transformations and guiding teams in Agile adoption.
Excellent coaching and facilitation skills, adaptable to various team dynamics.
Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
