Job Overview:

In this role, you will provide essential technical assistance to process engineering and production teams across all manufacturing sectors. As a vital member of our workforce, your contributions will focus on improving production workflows, ensuring the upkeep of equipment, and participating in engineering initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency and quality. Your involvement is key to sustaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot production challenges in various manufacturing divisions, delivering prompt support and solutions.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts, including Kaizen, 5S, and enhancements to production flow.
  • Conduct experiments under supervision, analyze results, and aid in the documentation of findings.
  • Ensure fulfillment of customer commitments by coordinating with supervisors and production personnel.
  • Oversee material disposition processes in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
  • Review and revise technical schematics utilizing CAD software.
  • Educate production teams on equipment operation and processes.
  • Draft and update manufacturing procedures for products.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Coordinate equipment upgrades and repairs with external service providers.
  • Comply with company policies regarding safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in the setup and commissioning of new machinery.
  • Assist with equipment programming tasks for process engineering.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of an Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-mechanical engineering.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in electronics, microelectronics, or similar fields.

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, and visual factory management techniques.
  • Proficient in software applications such as AutoCAD and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to achieving production objectives.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues.
