Key Responsibilities: Pre-Employment Coordination: Manage and coordinate pre-employment activities such as scheduling and conducting drug and background checks, ensuring timely completion and compliance with company policies. Onboarding: Facilitate the first-day onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience. Prepare onboarding materials, set up necessary accounts, and conduct initial orientation sessions. HR Reporting: Update and maintain HR reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Track associate data and provide regular updates to the HR team. Talent Spotlight Program Management: Oversee and manage the Talent Spotlight Program, recognizing and promoting top talent within the organization. Administrative Support: Perform various day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining associate records, responding to HR inquiries, and supporting the HR team with other projects as needed. Payroll Backup: Serve as a backup for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Documentation Assistance: Assist with documentation related to associate changes, terminations, merit adjustments, and other related HR processes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with experience in pre-employment processes, onboarding, and HR administration. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
