Summary The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating various HR activities, including pre-employment processes, onboarding, HR reporting, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Employment Coordination: Manage and coordinate pre-employment activities such as scheduling and conducting drug and background checks, ensuring timely completion and compliance with company policies. Onboarding: Facilitate the first-day onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience. Prepare onboarding materials, set up necessary accounts, and conduct initial orientation sessions. HR Reporting: Update and maintain HR reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Track associate data and provide regular updates to the HR team. Talent Spotlight Program Management: Oversee and manage the Talent Spotlight Program, recognizing and promoting top talent within the organization. Administrative Support: Perform various day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining associate records, responding to HR inquiries, and supporting the HR team with other projects as needed. Payroll Backup: Serve as a backup for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
