The hours of operation for our clinic are:
8 AM-5 PM Monday – Friday (These are the hours that most staff is expected to be present and/or working, split between part time and full timers).
We break for lunch from 12-1. (There may be additional hours or meetings required for planning and education, but we also believe in having a life, too)
You are being offered a full time position as a W-2 employee.
BUT – we know that you are much more than that. Your engagement will be special. You are working directly with the executive team to be successful and to create the best organization going forward.

Here is an outline of the responsibilities you may be tasked with:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
Field calls generated from our physical mail marketing material, providing information and assistance to potential patients.
Assist in bringing patients into our service by effectively communicating the benefits of our wound care solutions.
Accurately deliver our sales pitch when needed, showcasing the value and effectiveness of our services.
Coordinate care services between patients, their families, medical facilities, and insurance providers.
Serve as a liaison between different departments within the company, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Uphold confidentiality and sensitivity when handling patient information.
Provide support to management and executives as needed.
You shall also POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience in a front desk receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
Strong ability to execute work in a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals, including patients, families, staff, and management.
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills related to: IT infrastructure; IT support and troubleshooting; and cloud-based environments (web-based
applications).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
Excellent judgment is essential.
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
