Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of the hotel team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations at the front desk. This role requires a strong passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Ensure all guests are welcomed and served in an efficient and courteous manner, executing all brand standards during the process.
  • Front Desk Operations: Assure required Front Desk supplies are readily available to best serve the guest, and ensure all Front Office quality standards are complied with.
  • Problem-Solving: Act as the first management line of contact for all guest complaints or issues, and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a team of front desk staff, providing coaching and support to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Financial Management: Assure all financial transactions are completed properly and within the established guidelines of the property.
  • Hotel Operations: Coordinate hotel operations with other departments to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality-related environment, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Education: High School or equivalent education required.
  • Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, follow directions in a multi-lingual environment, and possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the hotel, services, and facilities, as well as knowledge of computer accounting programs and budgetary analysis capabilities.
