Recognized for quality patient care, this community hospital has state-of-the-art equipment and offers a full range of services including general medical-surgical services, women’s services, critical care, surgical services, infusion/oncology, cardiac rehabilitation, pain management, and more Reporting to the Director Laboratory, the Acute Care Laboratory Manager will manage all Laboratory activities while ensuring all compliance measures are met. The Acute Care Laboratory Manager will be responsible for coordinating all services for both the Clinical Laboratory as well as Pathology Services. The Acute Care Laboratory Manager will be responsible for all laboratory staff with the support of coordinators and supervisors. The Acute Care Laboratory Manager will assist the Director with the hiring of Lab personnel including interviewing, promotion, scheduling, and mentoring. In addition, the Acute Care Laboratory Manager will be responsible for department financials including budgets, inventory, negotiations, and purchasing.
