About the Role

We are looking for an adaptable and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the primary owner of global Interview Coordination for our Sales, G&A, and P&T teams. In addition to owning our interview scheduling, you will have the opportunity to assist with our employee referral program, managing our Job Requisitions, and helping with other ad-hoc responsibilities in between.

We are looking for someone that has exemplary organization skills, a strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This person will support multiple recruiting channels, including our internal hiring efforts, and act as the main point of contact for all candidate needs.

This is a 6-month temporary full-time position.

What Youll Do

Manage and prioritize day to day recruiting workflow and interviews

Work directly with hiring managers, recruiting operations, recruiters and candidates by scheduling interviews and meetings

Update candidate records in our recruiting ATS system

Follow up with candidates regarding their recruiting status, while ensuring they have the best candidate experience and identify opportunities to improve upon inefficiencies

Manage the Job Requisition process from creation to close

Assist in managing Houzz job boards, postings, and advertisement campaigns

Manage employee referral submissions and assist with referral presentations

Take on special projects and step in with ad-hoc responsibilities on an as needed basis

Represent Houzz with integrity & professionalism at all times

At a Minimum, Wed Like You to Have

Ability to prioritize and take initiative to support the team in a fast-paced, remote environment

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to adapt to unique challenges in a calm and logical manner

Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse staff and applicant pool

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Ideally, Youll Also Have

At least 6 months of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or administrative role

Proficient in Google Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.

Experience supporting high volume scheduling across various time zones

Enthusiasm for active coaching/management
