Job Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of the [Client's] recruiting function. This role contributes to the overall success of the team by providing high-level customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. The Coordinator supports Talent Acquisition, ensuring timely and accurate interview coordination for candidates and pre-employment transaction processing for new hires. This position requires a deep understanding of the firm's recruiting processes, including candidate management, benefits, relocation, company policy administration, and other related activities in support of Talent Acquisition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner with Talent Advisors to deliver a consistent staffing process to clients, candidates, and HR partners.
Own the full staffing process, becoming an expert in [Client's] ATS (Taleo) and all associated steps/statuses. This includes supporting all administrative recruiting functions, such as creating requisitions, sending correspondence, scheduling, tracking candidates, retrieving data, and ensuring Talent Advisors maintain system integrity on all open requisitions. This also involves adding notes in the system when reaching out to candidates for scheduling and updates.
Post all open positions on various platforms, including [Client's] Careersite, LinkedIn, state agencies, and other job boards.
Handle all processing-only requisitions for strategic hires.
Innovate and drive improvements to the staffing process; embrace and implement change.
Maintain a consistent professional image that reflects the [Client's] brand for Talent Acquisition.
Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
Perform work in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunity and company policy, as directed by management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Understanding of basic office practices, procedures, and methods.
Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Experience operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, electronic communication, and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with sound judgment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, and keen attention to detail.
Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
Strong sense of urgency with the ability to execute tasks quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years of administrative support experience.
BA or BS degree with 1+ year of relevant working experience within HR preferred. or
An equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
