Manages, motivates, and trains our independent agents. Business development of new distributors and collaborative selling at key end users. Develop individual objectives for customer contact for inside sales staff. Accountable for growth of all PIP product portfolio within region. Responsible for pricing for the accounts within his region. Conduct training sessions for both the agencies and distributor/customers in assigned region. Responsible for the development of and delivery of presentations. Responsible to personally represent the Company at accounts designated as house accounts. Manage the relationship at the field level in accounts designated as national accounts. Responsible for the collection of market intelligence, customer reaction to programs, product field test results, and competitive information. Digital/Virtual skills a must.Consistently report detailed sales activity into CRM software.Extensive travel (40-50 hotel stays) per year.CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTSHistory of success in building a regional marketNatural leader with proven management skillsAbility to meet sales goals.Excellent presentation skillsDigital/Virtual skills a must.Performance ManagementAbility to build business relationships.Strong negotiation skillsResults DrivenProficient with Microsoft Office
