Job Description:
The Administrative Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and providing administrative support to maintain efficient operations. This role combines account management responsibilities with organizational and clerical tasks to support internal teams and external clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor account activity, identify upselling opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to grow accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver account performance reports, updates, and presentations.
Administrative Support
  • Perform general office tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage schedules, organize meetings, and coordinate communications for internal teams and clients.
  • Assist with the preparation of contracts, proposals, and other client-related documents.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Customer Service
  • Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Handle order processing, tracking, and delivery coordination for clients.
  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or in-person, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Operational Support
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and meet client needs.
  • Monitor and manage inventory or account-specific materials when necessary.
  • Identify and implement improvements to administrative procedures and account management processes.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management, administration, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
