Admin Asst Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

  • Code invoices and communicate to AP dept

  • Scan picking slips and recipt raw materials

  • Occasionally working in the mill doing various jobs

  • Forklift experience needed

  • Review daily bagging orders

  • Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff

  • Check container availability on line, make delivery appointments, enter data from drivers logs into computer

  • Organize maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order

  • Report office progress to senior management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures

Admin Asst Shift Info

  • Day Shift, 08:00 am to 04:30 pm

  • Monday - Friday

Admin Asst Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

  • Basic Excel and outlook

  • Must pass drug screen including THC for this position.

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Dispatch experience needed

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Reliability and discretion

  • Office Administration experience preferred

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Able to work in the US
